Eluckiaa A

As an Assistant Professor of Law, Eluckiaa Asaithambi, has taught various courses including International Trade Law, International Investment Law, and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Law and Justice in a Globalising World, Access to Justice and Legal Empowerment among other subjects. Eluckiaa has been involved in significant research projects. These projects have contributed to policy recommendations and reforms in legal education and judicial performance. She has authored numerous research papers and book chapters on diverse legal topics, including trade facilitation, investment agreements, censorship and free speech, corporate governance, and environmental law. Her work has been published in prestigious journals and edited volumes, contributing to the academic discourse and influencing legal scholarship.
