NALSAR NFCG CORPORATE LAW MOOT COURT COMPETITION 2015
Vote of Thanks on August 17th, 2015
We, the Moot Court Committee, NALSAR University of Law, would sincerely like to thank National Foundation for Corporate Governance for being our sponsors and EBC and SCC Online for being our Knowledge and Magazine Partners, for the NALSAR NFCG Corporate Law Moot Court Competition 2015 held at NALSAR University of Law from August 14 -16, 2015. We thank both our sponsors to their generous support, that we were able to make the Moot a success. But for the unconditional cooperation extended by the sponsors the same wouldn’t have been possible.
The Moot comes in as one of the best national corporate law moots in India and Nalsar has been hosting it since 2009. We saw quality mooting at the rounds with CLC Delhi bagging the Winners title and NLU O bagging the Runners Up title. INLU, Ahmadabad took home the Best Memorial and Best Oralist Award. With Mr. Sandip Bhagat, Mr. Vaibhav Kakkar and Mrs. Ekta Bahl, as the bench for the final rounds, the moot ended up seeing good quality judging, mooting and a great response from college and social media.
We deeply appreciate the willingness with which our sponsors have sponsored and supported our efforts to make the event a great success. We sincerely hope that this association with NFCG and EBC and SCC Online will be maintained and that you will continue to support us in our future endeavors.
We are also thankful to our entire college administration, which despite of having two events, the Convocation and the Moot on the same weekend provided us unconditional cooperation in making the event a huge success.

NALSAR warmly extends its invitation of participation in the IVth NALSAR NFCG Corporate Law Moot Court Competition 2015. NALSAR in collaboration with the National Foundation for Corporate Governance (NFCG) and with EBC and SCC Online as Knowledge Partners, is hosting the 4th edition of the Moot Court Competition to further interest in the fast-evolving field of Corporate Law.
The Moot shall be judged by Associates and Senior Associates of Law Firms across India with the Finals being judged by Partners of leading Law Firms.
The Moot is scheduled to be held from 14-16 August 2015.
We would be providing accommodation for the time period of the Moot Court Competition with other such necessary facilities.
