Kiran Bayola

Mr. Poosarla Bayola Kiran graduated from Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University (DSNLU), Visakhapatnam with Seven Gold Medals. Apart from being the best outgoing student, he has also secured Gold Medals in Constitutional Law, Corporate Laws, Law of Banking, Labour Laws, Criminal Law and History. He completed LL.M (Business Laws) from Andhra University with Distinction. He cleared UGC-NET in December, 2015. He also has a PG Diploma in Social Exclusion and Inclusive Policy from Andhra University. His areas of interest are Sports Law, Jurisprudence, Corporate Laws and Constitutional Law. Before joining NALSAR he worked as Assistant Professor in DSNLU and School of Law, GITAM University, Visakhapatnam.

Recently he submitted Ph.D. Thesis titled ‘Resolving Sport Disputes Through Judicial Intervention with Special Emphasis on Selection Disputes: A Juristic Study’  at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar College of Law, Andhra University.
